Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
1 Corinthians 12: 4-7
Youth and young adults who may be discerning a call to ministry are invited to the United Methodist Center in Cranberry Twp. to talk with Bishop Thomas J. Bickerton and hear a panel of individuals serving in a variety of ministry settings. Panel members will share stories of their call to ministry and how they are living it out.
God has gifted us all in different areas, and has a purpose for all of us. For some, this may be ordained ministry; for others, it may be working in a hospital with the poor. This will be a time of sharing and building connection between those active in ministry and those being called to help them discern what God might be calling them to do.
Lunch will be provided. The reservation deadline is March 20.
